Rental Terms & Conditions

The Studiō is a curated rental space designed for photography, content creation, and intimate gatherings. These policies help protect the space and ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

By booking or entering the space, the booking client agrees to the policies below and assumes responsibility for all guests, vendors, and attendees associated with the reservation.

Rental Types

Studio Rentals

Studio Rentals are intended for photography and content creation, including:

• Portrait sessions
• Branding shoots
• Headshots
• Content creation
• Small creative productions

Studio Rentals are not intended for gatherings or celebrations.

Studio Rentals allow a maximum of 8 people total in the space.

Food, alcohol, coffee, catering, cakes, and event décor are not permitted during Studio Rentals. Closed water bottles are allowed.

If a reservation includes food, drinks, cake, decorations, alcohol, or more than 8 people, it must be booked as an Event Rental.

The Studiō reserves the right to reclassify reservations and charge the appropriate event rental rate if policies are violated.

Event Rentals

Event Rentals are intended for gatherings such as:

• Bridal showers
• Workshops or classes
• Brand events
• Private gatherings
• Celebrations

Event Rentals may include food, beverages, alcohol, music, décor, tables, and seating when approved during booking.

The booking client is responsible for all guests, vendors, catering, deliveries, and event setup.

Reservation Time

Your reservation time includes:

• Setup
• Session or event time
• Cleanup

All setup and cleanup must take place within the reserved booking window.

Early access cannot be guaranteed.

If the space is used beyond the reserved time, additional charges may apply.

Furniture & Studio Use

Furniture may be moved carefully during a rental.

However:

• Furniture may not be dragged across the floors
• Heavy pieces must be handled carefully
• All furniture must be returned to its original placement before departure

Damage caused by moving furniture or misuse of studio property will be billed to the booking client.

Food & Floor Protection

Food and beverages are permitted only during approved Event Rentals.

If food, cake, desserts, or décor are placed on the floor or delicate surfaces, a protective cloth or mat must be used underneath.

The booking client is responsible for preventing spills, stains, frosting, grease, wax, or residue that may damage flooring or surfaces.

Decorations

Decorations are permitted only during Event Rentals.

The following items are not permitted in the studio:

• Confetti
• Glitter
• Open flame candles
• Smoke machines
• Nails, screws, staples, or permanent fasteners
• Any décor that damages walls or surfaces

All decorations must be removed before the reservation ends.

Walls & Installations

Nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, drilled, or permanently attached to studio walls, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures.

Temporary adhesives may only be used if they remove cleanly without damage.

Any wall or surface damage will be billed to the booking client.

Cleanliness

The studio must be returned in the same condition it was found.

Before leaving:

• Remove all décor and personal items
• Return furniture to original placement
• Remove trash
• Leave surfaces clean

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio requires excessive cleaning.

Vendors & Deliveries

The booking client is responsible for the actions of all vendors brought into the space.

Any damage caused by vendors will be billed to the booking client.

Vendor arrivals, deliveries, and pickups must occur within the reserved rental time unless approved in advance.

Vendor Authorization

Only The Studiō may approve exceptions to studio policies.

Photographers, planners, decorators, or vendors cannot modify studio policies or grant permission for exceptions.

Any exception must be approved directly by The Studiō in writing.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times.

The booking client assumes responsibility for the safety and supervision of all minors in the space.

Security Cameras

For security and property protection, The Studiō may utilize security cameras in common areas.

By entering the space, guests acknowledge and consent to this recording.

Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted in the studio:

• Smoking or vaping
• Open flame candles
• Confetti or glitter
• Activities that may damage the space

The Studiō reserves the right to end a reservation immediately if policies are violated.

Damage & Fees

The booking client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or vendors.

Damage may include but is not limited to:

• Walls
• Floors
• Furniture
• Décor
• Fixtures
• Equipment

Damage charges may include repair, replacement, professional cleaning, lost rental income due to studio downtime, and administrative costs.

The Studiō reserves the right to charge the card on file for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or policy violations.

Overtime & Unauthorized Use

Remaining in the space beyond the reserved time constitutes overtime.

Using the studio for an event when it was booked as a Studio Rental constitutes unauthorized use.

Additional charges may apply.

Liability

All persons entering The Studiō do so at their own risk.

The Studiō is not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Accidents
• Lost or stolen items

The booking client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Studiō from any claims arising from the use of the space.

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted only during approved Event Rentals.

The booking client is responsible for ensuring alcohol is served and consumed responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Right of Entry

The Studiō reserves the right to enter the space during a reservation for inspection, maintenance, or to address policy violations.

Force Majeure

The Studiō shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Policy Updates

These policies may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
