The Studio offers 1,200 square feet of open, private space and stunning east-facing 10-foot windows. We’re proud to be the premier daylight studio in the area, welcoming local creatives with daily rental options.

Location

The Studio is conveniently located off Coolidge Highway near 12 Mile Road, right in the heart of charming downtown Berkley—just eight minutes from Birmingham and Royal Oak, and only 23 minutes from Detroit. Best of all, street parking in Berkley is free!

FAQS

Parking is free in Berkley, so find a spot that is convenient for you. Google maps will route you to the back of The Studio, please use the front entrance instead.
Please arrive at your scheduled time. You will receive a temporary code for our lockbox, granting you access to the key at the start of your session. If you need extra time, we suggest to book additional time.

Yes, we have a private changing room equipped with a steamer and a clothing rack and a mirror for your convenience.
Studio time bookings are limited to 8 people. Any booking of 9 people or more require an event booking. Please send an inquiry if you have any questions.
Studio time is reserved for bookings of up to 8 guests. Are you hosting a party? Will you be serving food or drinks? Do you need tables set up? That’s considered an event. Booking the studio for an event will be recognized and billed accordingly. For workshops and content days, we typically offer studio rates with a reasonable additional charge for table and chair setups. Unsure about what to book? Feel free to send us an email!
The couch is completely modular and may be moved around as needed, along with all of the the other surrounding furniture. Please show care as to not scratch the walls or floors and place everything back as you found ready for the next booked session.
While we love pets, we ask that they not be brought into The Studiō to ensure the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, and to protect the real plants we have in the space.
Yes, our ficus trees are real and so are the cacti. Please do not water them or touch them. Please feel free to talk to them, complement them on their beauty and speak kindly to them.
